Position Available: Master's Level Outpatient Mental Health Clinician

HVCC is a private nonprofit human services agency located in Vernon, CT. Our mission is to provide services to individuals and families in a manner that will promote independence while ensuring that basic needs are met regardless of ability to pay.
HVCC treats individuals who are struggling with psychiatric or substance abuse issues in a trauma-informed and culturally competent outpatient clinical setting. Services Include: Comprehensive assessment, case formulation, individual and group counseling, treatment planning and case management.

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or similar
Valid License for Social Work or Counseling in the State of Connecticut (Candidates on track to receive licensure may consider applying if licensure is obtained within one year. Clinical supervision hours are made available to all clinical staff)

Position Available: Dial-a-Ride Driver, CDL with P Endorsement, Full-Time
NUMBER OF POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 1
Spend your days on the town and your evenings at home, this 40hr a week position ensures a healthy work-life balance for all! If you have a PSL or CDL License and are interested in giving back to your community, we may have a spot for you in the drivers seat!
Education & Experience:
Valid Connecticut driver’s license. PSL or CDL endorsement preferred. Successful criminal background check. Clean driving record as evident on the DMV driver history form. High school diploma or its equivalent.
Knowledge of greater Vernon, Ellington, Tolland, East Hartford, Coventry and Manchester area as well as other towns which may be added.
Essential Functions:
Assists passengers in boarding and leaving the vehicle, and carrying packages and bundles.
Ensures pickups and deliveries are made in a timely manner.
Maintains log of passenger trips and vehicle performance as required.
Performs pre-operation safety check of assigned vehicle. Checks fluid levels and reports any issues found.
Maintains vehicle usage and service logs as required.
Keeps assigned vehicle(s) clean.
Follows all safety procedures and regulations.
Providing excellent customer service.
